Building and maintaining a content plan (week/month): sections, topics, deadlines, owners. Gathering material and content: interviews, notes, photo/video, short comments from people in the unit
Protecting the unit's information systems and networks. Monitoring cyber threats and responding to information security incidents. Searching for and analyzing vulnerabilities in systems and services
Experience editing video for social media. Understanding of current Instagram, TikTok, YouTube trends. Confident command of editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, CapCut or similar)
Working with incoming candidates, both civilian and military. Conducting initial and in-depth interviews. Advising candidates on available positions and service opportunities. Supporting candidates through every stage of the process — from first contact to joining the unit

Step 2
After you submit your application, the recruiting team will contact you. Next, you’ll have an interview with relevant specialists and commanders to determine where you’ll be most effective.
Step 3
If your application is approved, you will be officially enrolled in the unit and move on to the training phase.
Step 4
You undergo basic military training. It provides the necessary foundation for your future service and an understanding of how the military operates.
Step 5
Next comes training in your chosen field. Your specialization depends on the position and the tasks your unit will be responsible for.
Step 6
After training, crew members begin working together and carrying out combat missions in their respective areas of responsibility.
